Your tasks
- Driving the global KAEFER Lean Journey as part of our strategy
- Supporting the KAEFER Business Units in operationalising their Business Unit Lean Strategy
- Developing and delivering lean training for lean leaders, managers and site teams worldwide
- Coaching lean leaders, managers and site teams in the implementation of lean projects and lean site management - worldwide on KAEFER construction sites
- Analysing and improving processes from a lean perspective on construction sites worldwide
- Continuous improvement of the KAEFER Lean project approaches and Lean site management
- Supporting in the development and roll-out of the Global Digital Lean solution
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in the operational industry in a similar position Several years of professional
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Ability to impart knowledge and develop people through training and coaching
- Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of another foreign language desirable
- Intercultural competence: willingness to travel internationally (approx. < 50% of work activity) and to work in multicultural environments
- Structured, goal-orientated and meticulous way of working
- Very good communication skills and persuasiveness
- High self-motivation and creativity
- Team player with a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to act proactively
- At least a basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform e.g. PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps etc.
