Your tasks:

You are part of our M&A team and support the Group’s deal flow as well as PMI projects throughout the entire M&A and PMI process. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Support global M&A activities, incl. identifying, analysing and evaluating of targets, due diligence processes, negotiation of transaction documents and collaboration with integration teams
  • Preparation and analysis of target companies with focus on financial modelling and business plan validation, incl. analysis of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, sensitivity analysis, and target valuation (multiples, DCF, asset valuation)
  • Support Post Merger Integration within a global team
  • Prepare target profiles, presentations, decision papers and other related materials for the Group’s executive board and administrative board
  • Close interaction with the Group’s local and regional management, executive board as well as external advisors


Your profile:
  • Master degree in business administration or similar (e.g., economics, business engineering, business information technology) or natural science
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the M&A sector, e.g., investment banks, accounting firms, consulting companies or corporate M&A
  • Strong financial modelling as well as business and data analysis skills and know-how as well as experience in company valuation
  • Relevant experience with Due Diligence processes and working with external advisors
  • Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Quick learner, curios thinker with the desire for continuous development
  • Intercultural competences and strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, multi-tasking capabilities and a high degree of commitment
  • Ability to convince and explain complex concepts up to executive board level
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (international)
  • Enjoying working in a dynamic and interdisciplinary team
  • Good sense of humour
